Safer-At-Home COVID-19 Requirements and Protocol

Due to the 2019-2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions with the intake of each client, health history review, as well as sanitation and disinfecting practices.

In cooperation with DORA, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Safer-At-Home order given by the state of Colorado, please read the following to make sure you are prepared for your upcoming appointment.

  • The Local Revival office has been completely deep cleaned and sanitized before reopening

  • Extra time has been allotted between appointment for cleaning and UV sanitation

  • You will be greeted with a few questions to verify you do not have a fever or display any symptoms of COVID-19

  • If you are feeling sick, have a fever or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, we will reschedule

  • You will be required to sign a release of health and liability form

  • Please arrive to your appointment showered, washed hair and clean clothes

  • Clients and therapists must wear a mask for the entire duration of your service

  • Clients and therapists must wash their hands immediately upon entering

  • Please text therapist when you arrive

  • Please bring in minimal belongings

  • Therapist will remove all unnecessary items from massage room and completely sanitize all equipment and furniture before and after each appointment

  • If clients would like water during their session, please bring your own. It is recommended that you leave water in your car to have after your appointment

  • There will be no congregating in the waiting area at any time, couch has been removed for time being

  • Restoration room is currently closed

  • If session was not already paid for via package or gift certificate, we highly recommend paying with a contactless method such as Venmo, Paypal or Zelle.

  • All of this information is subject to change based on new regulations.
